Filed under MeetUp Numbers, Politics, Ron Paul
This is something I’ve been wondering about.
At this address: http://www.meetup.com/topics/polact/cand/pres/
it says he has 16,882
But at this address: http://ronpaul.meetup.com/about/
it says he has 20,469
Which one is correct? I’m more inclined to trust the higher number, since the trend is upward and the higher number is probably more recent.
Both numbers are true. You’ll see in the post there are 3,587 waiting for a meetup group and so together they make the 20,000 figure. I’m highlighting active members because to me that means more in terms of what is getting done.
Thanks for the explanation. I didn’t notice that they added up.
